CIS is pleased to announce this year’s offering of 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐘 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊 𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓 and invites those wanting to have some personal time for quiet, prayer and reflection. This is an opportune time to take a break from one’s usual day-to-day grind and observe prayerfully the Paschal Triduum. We hope you can join us in this retreat and be home anew at the 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 in Novaliches, Quezon City.

OVERVIEW
This retreat is for men and women who long for a deep encounter with God and desire to pray in union with the Church as it commemorates the Lord’s Paschal Mystery- His passion, death and resurrection.

The Holy Week Triduum is an opportune time to take some days off from home and work in order to engage God in quiet prayer and prepare for the celebration of the great Easter mysteries. The retreat provides a good space to reflect on the past year, to savor concrete life events and notice the unique way by which God invites individuals to share in His Paschal Mystery.

PRAYER AND LITURGY
Distinct from the usual preached retreats, each retreatant is provided a retreat guide whom she/he meets each day to share the fruits of prayer according to the prayer matter suggested.

Retreatants schedule their individual prayer time typically 3 to 4 times a day with each prayer period lasting for about 30 minutes to an hour.

A major highlight of this retreat is the rich liturgy of the Paschal Triduum.

RETREAT SCHEDULE
The retreat begins in the morning of Holy Thursday and ends in the morning of Easter Sunday.
Check-in: April 2 (After Breakfast), Check-out: April 5 (after Breakfast)
Registration will start at 8:30am. Retreat Orientation and Disposition will be after the registration.

RETREAT FEE AND PAYMENT
Retreat Fee: P10,500 (Rooms with individual bathroom and aircon)
50% non-refundable deposit upon acceptance to confirm participation in the program.
