Music & Prayer SUNDATES at the Loyola Retreat House

In celebration of the February National Arts Month 2026

Inspired by NCCA’s Art Fridates, Loyola Retreat House – Spirituality and Art Center Angono presents Music & Prayer SUNDATES at LRH. Every Sunday this February, after the 10:00 AM Mass, we gather at the Chapel of the Risen Lord for musical offerings by Angono’s homegrown and celebrated artists and musicians.

Music has a way of opening the heart when words alone fall short. Like the psalms, music helps us pray with the whole of who we are—mind, heart, and body.
Prayer, in turn, gives music its deepest meaning. When offered to God, music becomes encounter: not performance, but presence.

A “Sundate” is a date with God and with one another, where faith is not rushed but savored.

Join us as music, prayer, and community come together—reminding us that spirituality is not only about duty, but also about delight, rest, and love in God’s presence.
